Finally..........everything went through and we are moving! Signed the papers last night and boy am I glad to have this headache behind us! Since our house in Surprise has not sold yet (which we will probably rent out) it was like pulling teeth to have this new mortgage go through. They needed everything BUT my first born and DNA to complete this paperwork. Wow, the economy and all these default loans are really screwing over the people that can afford to move. Seriously they went through our paperwork with a fine tooth comb. No joke! I guess there is a lot of scams going on also, so lots of verifying and making sure our W2 forms matched our IRS statements. Really over board, but I guess it is better to be safe then sorry if you are the bank. But it is done and with awesome interest rates. So we officially own 2 homes....crazy huh? Here is a photo our the house we are selling in Surprise (grass in front) and the one we bought in Peoria (the double door beige house)....YAY!
