Great Mail Day!!

THANK YOU Liz, Tonya and Teresa! I had a great mail day with birthday gifts!!! Even though I still have 5 days until my birthday I really feel like I have been celebrating it for a few weeks now!!! I love everything...lots of scrappy stuff and a gift card! You guys rock and I mean that!!!

My Surprise Party....

Well last night I was the guest of honor of a Surprise Party...my first one ever. My 30th birthday is on the 22nd, so my sister decided awhile back to throw me a surprise party. 60 or so people attended and it was truly a surprise, I had NO CLUE. Trust me, I would have dressed cuter if I knew :)

So on my way to my "grandparent's BBQ" we stop by my sister's to drop some stuff off, and there it is..open the door to 60 faces screaming "surprise"!!!! The cars were parked on a different street, I had no clue.....I was really shocked. Look at the pictures! So the party was catered by Ono's Hawaiian Food, had a DJ and another beautiful www.AZCakes.com cake.

Thanks Leah.....................it was fun! I guess I am having a birthday month!!!

January 2005...memories!!!

Two years ago this very week we had an unexpected snowfall in Las Vegas. We woke up to cold wet weather, but by 9am it turned into snow flurries. We lived in Summerlin about 20 minutes West of the "Vegas Strip", but even the "Strip" was getting light flurries. The city called a snow day for all the schools, and boy was it fun. One of the most fun days we have had as a family ever. We are all born and raised in Az, so snow is a huge thing for us. Since our backyard in Vegas was tiny we went to our community park...kids had fun! 2 hours of playing in the snow. By morning most had melted, and 2 days later it was all gone.....

World's Luckiest Grand-daughter

This post is about my grandparents....they are the most wonderful people. A fine example of a married couple and true LOVE. 50 years and going strong!!! I {Heart} them both!!
