The Viszy Award

My dad was being presented with an award at Joy's Vision Dinner, but could not attend. So guess who accepted it :) Me.... and no pictures were taken (sniff), so when I got home Evan took one of me holding the Viszy award he received (techinically I received on his behalf for his vision and foresite of the school). So now the award is at my dad's house on a shelf, with finger prints still all over it, and his company's name spelled wrong :) But that's A-OK!!! It's the thought!!

Honorary Member of the B52s

I purchased a Big Hair Bump Its and love it!!! It's a plastic little piece that is almost like a head band that has little prongs to hold it like a tiara in place on your head. You put in under your hair, on the top of your hair. WA-LA, you have big hair with no teasing. Here are a few photos I took for friends who wanted to see if it worked. I love it.... I wore it out and yes, it does stay in place!!!

Easter 2009

Our Easter 2009:

Bright & early, the kids opening up their baskets

Then to the country club for brunch...

Off to Ryan's for an egg hunt and crafts...

Then there was a small fire in Ryan's house. A Tyler candle got too hot (and was low) and exploded. Glass and wax, everywhere and the wax turned into fire instantly. Water made it worse. So while Ryan got the fire extinguisher, Jon and Robb carried the entry way table outside (while on fire) into the court yard.
