149th Post

I felt like an Army base writing that........my 149th post!!

Today was great......some shoping at Signatures, cutest store in the WORLD! Gosh golly!! Then some time up at the kids's school, a trip to Glo tanning salon and some time with my B.I.L. learning my new MAC Book Pro I got for Xmas from my Schmoo(Jason use to work for Apple). Now I am writing an Essay and tomorrow is another midterm for class #2. I am a busy girl!!! Here is a photo Evan took of me trying on my new hat from World Market. Only that is not me :) That is my reflection....hee hee :). That is my reflection of me looking at my hat, he is standing kind of kiddie-corner from me. Tonight is LOST!!! And the Suns game...........11 weeks and 2 days until we go to Lake Powell. WHOO HOO!!!!!

PS~ Ryan was not mad at the Tee-Pee job on his truck...he thought it was funny. He and Rose Mary are use to Leah and I's crazy antics! I think that is why they upgraded their security system and installed video cameras around their new home just recently (just kidding).

Very Mature!

After Bible study today my sister and I decided to teepee my brother's truck today. he got in last night from Hawaii...so what better way to say WELCOME HOME! Back in the day I was an EXPERT teepee queen (houses and cars) :) So yes, I did grow up a bit since then, but under neath it all I may be a bit immature in some areas....... But I know I owed him pay backs for something...........

Thinking today..........

Things that make me smile.............

the beach, bubbles, sunflowers, babies giggling in their sleep, grown men laughing, group hugs, our country's flag, my kids laughing together, cupcakes, the smell of pine trees up North, fireworks, birthday candles, rubber ducks, macaroni necklaces, photo booths, post cards, knowing I am going to Heaven, old cameras, the eiffel tower, looking at old photos from years gone by, candy corn, watching my hubby sleep, keeping in touch with old friends, glitter, sea shells, flip flops, family get-togethers and coming home after a trip to my comfy bed :)

Vision of Faith Dinner

Last night I put on my little black dress and went to a charity gala that helped raise money for the Phoenix Seminary. A WONDERFUL cause here in Az. The event was at the Westin Kierland Resort and it was dinner, music, Broadway style showtunes, an awesome speaker from Iraq (see below) and great fellowship. My ob/gyn invited 8 of my family members to join him at tables he had for the event. Which was great, as he is a wonderful guy (delivered Paris, was not on call for Aiden & I was not going to him when I delivered Evan). So that was our wild night....Leah, Jon, Lisa, my dad, Jesse, Micah and Robb were there too...so 8 of us family members. Busy weekend!!!

This is who was the guest speaker, which was awesome!

Oh and Dr Nahm also delivered Trystan Ashley, my little sister. A few weeks ago I took a photo of the 2 of them (11 years later) at a get together for "Advance for Life Christian Academy" in Africa. I did not have a need to post this photo until now, hee hee:

12 Weeks Until Summer

12 weeks until school is out and Summer starts....are you excited??? Are you ready??? I am!!!! Whoo hoo!!!! Here is another little gem of a photo from WDW. I have some others I ordered from my "Photopass" I'll share when they come in....

Yes, I got soaked! Aiden was smart dunking. Paris got a splash, but was too short to get anything major. Not sure why Evan did not get drenched. He does look scared though in this picture, ha ha. But once we got to the bottom it was like 2 big bucket's of water were thrown in my face. Good thing I had my hair in a pony-tail. Little known fact about myself, I have naturally curly hair. So once wet, yep, it gets that oh so attractive poodle look :) I have to blow dry my hair daily! Anyway, I was soaked. And yet, I agreed to do this ride twice. I dunked the second time.

Weather was nice, crowds were ok, tooks lots of pictures and video (yep Leah just for you!), ate too much junk food and spent way too much time flying...wow I don't remember Florida being so far! Robb worked the whole time, so just the kids and I played. Anyway, back home to lots of laundry!!! Happy Wednesday ya'll!
